Opteo Alternatives in 2026

Updated By

Short answer

The main Opteo alternatives are Optmyzr for agencies on many platforms, Adalysis ($149 a month, Google and Microsoft), TrueClicks (free up to $50K a month in ad spend) and Adzooma (free plan, Gold $179). PerfoAds costs $149 per account and asks before every change. Opteo Basic costs $129 for 10 accounts up to $25,000 total spend.

Why people look for an Opteo alternative

Opteo is a focused, easy tool for Google Ads. The usual reasons to look elsewhere show up in its own plan rules.

Your spend outgrows Basic. Basic costs $129 a month for 10 accounts and $25,000 in monthly spend. Opteo adds up the spend of every account you connect. Its example: 2 accounts at $10,000 each count as $20,000. Opteo gives "a 5% leeway" over the limit. After that, you unlink accounts or move up. Professional costs $249 for up to $100,000. Agency costs $499 for up to $250,000.

Data refreshes once a day on the entry plan. Basic pulls fresh data once every 24 hours. Professional and Agency refresh every 12 hours. Only the custom Enterprise plan gets 6 hours.

You want more than a list of suggestions. Opteo calls its suggestions Improvements. It scans your accounts every day, and you apply each one, often "in one click." Its help pages don't state an undo. Of the paid tools below, PerfoAds states an undo inside the tool (in beta), and Adalysis states one for changes its auto-resolve makes. Google Ads itself can undo most changes from the last 30 days, in change history.

Each price assumes $25K of ad spend a month on a monthly bill. Where a cell says "Not stated", the vendor is silent on it, which doesn't prove the feature is missing.

What Opteo costs against PerfoAds, by setup

Opteo charges by your account count and your total spend. PerfoAds charges $149 for each Google Ads account, whatever it spends. So the cheaper tool flips with your setup. Prices below are monthly list prices.

Your setupOpteoPerfoAdsLower price
1 account, $25K spend$129 (Basic)$149Opteo
1 account, $50K spend$249 (Professional)$149PerfoAds
1 account, $150K spend$499 (Agency)$149PerfoAds
2 accounts, $25K total$129 (Basic)$298Opteo
2 accounts, $80K total$249 (Professional)$298Opteo

10 accounts, $25K total$129 (Basic)$1,490Opteo
11 accounts or more$249 or moreNot offered (10 at most)Opteo

Opteo takes 2 months off a yearly plan. By our math, that's about $107.50 a month on Basic, $207.50 on Professional and $415.83 on Agency. Paid yearly, Opteo Agency costs less than 3 PerfoAds accounts. For 1 account past Basic's limit, up to $250K, PerfoAds still costs less. Above $250K, Opteo quotes a custom price.

Optmyzr

Optmyzr is the closest full replacement if you want more tools than Opteo has. It runs a daily audit in the background and sends alerts when key numbers move. Its Rule Engine runs rules you write on a schedule. A scheduled rule "will automatically apply the changes" if you set it to (Optmyzr help).

On a monthly bill at $25K of spend, you pay $299 for Essentials or $389 for Premium. Shopping and product feed tools for Performance Max sit on Premium only. Your product feed is the product list Google uses for Shopping ads. That matters for stores, since a single Performance Max campaign can show ads on Google's channels, "including YouTube, Display, Search, Discover, Gmail, and Maps" (Google Ads Help). The trial is 14 days, and a 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first subscription.

Optmyzr's help center says "you can't undo changes made by optimization in Optmyzr" (Optmyzr help). You revert them in Google Ads.

Best for: agencies that run ads on Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon or LinkedIn and need white-label reports, meaning client reports that carry the agency's own logo.

Adalysis

Adalysis suits people who use Opteo mainly for checks and suggestions. You get "100+ prebuilt checks" to tune, plus "24/7 monitoring." Critical alerts arrive by email or in Slack.

Up to $50K of spend, the bill is $149 a month ($126 if paid yearly). Every plan gets every feature. Accounts and users have no cap. The trial is 30 days. Fixes happen when you click, or through automated actions you build, so read what an action may touch before you switch it on. You can undo what its auto-resolve changed, and it has alerts for Shopping search terms. Feed tools aren't mentioned. We price 9 setups in PerfoAds vs Adalysis.

Best for: PPC managers on Google and Microsoft who have more than 10 accounts and want deep checks.

TrueClicks

TrueClicks charges nothing until your spend passes $50K a month, and the account count is unlimited. Every account gets a TrueClicks Score, with advice "from 100+ best practices." Its bulk "Fix" button handles the same issue across many accounts at once.

The free plan has 2 limits. Spend stops hard at $50K a month, and every user must share 1 email domain. Paid plans start at $249 for $100K in spend, with a 30-day trial. Its pages don't state undo or Shopping tools.

Best for: anyone juggling lots of Google or Microsoft accounts on a tight software budget.

Adzooma

Adzooma is the low-cost pick when price is the reason you're leaving. The free plan connects unlimited ad accounts, with monthly reports, 3 alerts and 1 user. Silver costs $69 a month for weekly reports and unlimited users. Gold costs $179 for daily reports and unlimited alerts.

It works with Google, Microsoft and Facebook ads. Its menu names a Performance Max toolkit and a Shopping Ads tool to "fix feed issues." When you choose to apply a suggestion, "it takes 2 clicks." Its pricing page doesn't state a trial, a check count or undo.

Best for: small advertisers on Google, Microsoft and Meta who want a free start.

PerfoAds

PerfoAds was made for online stores, Shopify or otherwise, that advertise on Google. Each audit runs 166 automatic checks over 30+ data sources and ends in a score out of 100. It reads 4 campaign types: Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen. Demand Gen is the campaign type Google serves "on YouTube, Discover, Gmail, and the Google Display Network" (Google Ads Help). Switch on monitoring and a check runs daily at 06:00 UTC. It looks for sudden spend jumps, tracking that stopped and ads Google rejected.

You pay $149 a month for each Google Ads account, and the spend doesn't change it. 1 store at $50K pays $149, against $249 on Opteo Professional. Nothing in your account changes until you approve it. Approve and undo are in beta, which means they're still being tested. You can roll back most changes PerfoAds makes for 30 days. A Feed Optimizer reads your products from Merchant Center and can rewrite up to 1,000 product titles a month. Merchant Center is the place Google calls "a free tool" for showing your products to shoppers (Google Merchant Center Help).

Be clear on the limits. There's no free trial, and a money-back guarantee isn't stated. It only works with Google Ads, and 1 plan holds 10 accounts at most. Under $25K total spend, Opteo Basic costs less for any number of accounts up to 10. One-click Apply Fix writes a change you approved into Google Ads for you. It's opt-in and in beta, and so is the Merchant Center push.

Best for: 1 online store spending more than $25K a month, or a freelancer with a few large accounts, who wants daily checks and fixes you approve.

Google's own Recommendations

Inside Google Ads you already have Recommendations and a 0 to 100% Optimization score. In Google's words, that score is "an estimate of how well your Google Ads account is set to perform" (Google Ads Help). Google lists no extra charge for it.

Each suggestion waits for you to apply or dismiss it. The auto-apply option handles "a select number of recommendations," limited to types you pick (Google Ads Help). If Google changed campaigns you didn't touch, read how to turn off auto-apply recommendations.

Best for: a no-cost look at your account before you buy software.

Avisos

Avisos is a Shopify app that checks Google Ads for free. It looks for "wasted spend, conversion tracking issues" and other problems, and it sends "alerts for issues impacting ROAS." ROAS is the sales you get back for each $1 you spend on ads.

It launched on May 22, 2026, and had 0 reviews on our visit. We couldn't open its own website, so we used the Shopify App Store listing instead.

Best for: Shopify owners curious about a free scan. It's still too new to rate.

When to stay with Opteo

Stay if your accounts spend $25,000 a month or less in total. Basic covers up to 10 accounts for $129. At that size it costs less than Adalysis, Optmyzr or even 1 PerfoAds account. Stay if you like its feed of Improvements and apply them in 1 click. Opteo charges nothing extra for team members, with "no limit on the number of seats."

Stay if you use its AI Chat or its MCP. An MCP lets AI apps such as Claude or ChatGPT read your ad data, and Opteo's can also make changes. In Opteo Chat, "every change comes up as a confirmation card first." Changes "go live as soon as they're confirmed."

Opteo also offers to refund "your most recent invoice" if you're unhappy. PerfoAds doesn't state a money-back guarantee.

How to switch

  1. List what you actually use. Write down the Improvements you applied and the alerts you read last month. Pick the tool that covers that list.
  2. Export your history. Opteo's Changelog logs every change made through it, with before and after values. Click Export CSV before you leave.
  3. Cancel on time. Opteo cancels at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Start the new tool before that date.
  4. Turn off what runs on its own. If you turned on Pause Spend When Over Budget, switch it off. It pauses every campaign when you hit your monthly limit, then turns them back on next month. 2 tools changing the same budgets make results hard to read.
  5. Know where old changes live. Changes made through Opteo show in Google Ads change history under the email tied to your MCC. MCC means manager account, a Google Ads account that can "view and manage multiple Google Ads accounts" (Google Ads Help). From there, per Google, you "can undo most types of changes that were made in the last 30 days" (Google Ads Help).
  6. Remove old access. Opteo connects "by signing in to your Google account." So remove Opteo from the apps linked to your Google Account, and Google confirms "the app can't access your Google Account" (Google Account Help). If you also added a user for Opteo in Google Ads, choose Remove access (Google Ads Help).
  7. Know your target. A tool can only judge results against a goal, so work out the return your margin needs first. Our break-even ROAS calculator works it out in a minute.

FAQ

What is the best alternative to Opteo?

It depends on why you're leaving. Optmyzr is the fullest replacement for agencies. Adalysis fits PPC managers with more than 10 accounts. For 1 online store that has outgrown Opteo Basic's $25,000 limit, PerfoAds costs $149. Opteo Professional costs $249, or $207.50 a month paid yearly.

Is there a free alternative to Opteo?

Yes. TrueClicks costs nothing below $50K of monthly spend. Adzooma has a free plan with monthly reports. Google's Recommendations come with every Google Ads account.

Does Opteo work with Meta or Microsoft Ads?

Its home and pricing pages describe Google Ads only. Its help center says you can link Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts too, and each linked account counts toward your plan limits. Opteo Chat makes changes in Google Ads only. The Opteo MCP can also change Microsoft, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts, and it only reads Meta. How spend on other platforms is priced isn't stated.

Can you undo changes made in Opteo?

Opteo's pages don't state an undo. Its Changelog shows what changed, with before and after values. In Google Ads change history, Google says you "can undo most types of changes that were made in the last 30 days" (Google Ads Help).
