Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PerfoAds (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

PerfoAds provides AI-powered Google Ads analysis and optimization tools, including:

  • Google Ads account audits with AI-generated recommendations
  • Landing page analysis for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Performance dashboards and reporting
  • Campaign optimization suggestions

Note: PerfoAds provides read-only access to your Google Ads account. We analyze your data and provide recommendations, but do not make changes to your campaigns without your explicit action.

Audit Credits

The PerfoAds Audit tool operates on a credit-based system. By purchasing audit credits, you agree to the following terms:

No Expiration

Audit credits do not expire. Once purchased, credits remain in your account until used.

No Refunds

All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused audit credits. Please purchase carefully.

Non-Transferable

Audit credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, shared, or sold to other users or accounts.

Credit Usage

One credit equals one full audit report. Credits are deducted when an audit is successfully generated.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring you have authorization to connect any Google Ads accounts
  • Providing accurate information during registration

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense audit reports without permission
  • Connect accounts you do not have authorization to manage

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by PerfoAds and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Audit reports generated for your account are licensed to you for your business use. You may share reports with team members, agencies, or consultants working on your behalf.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will improve your Google Ads performance. Results vary based on implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Specifically, we make no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated recommendations
  • Specific results or ROI improvements from implementing suggestions
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service
  • Compatibility with future Google Ads API changes

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PerfoAds, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Implementation of recommendations provided by the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data

Third-Party Services

PerfoAds integrates with third-party services including Google Ads, Stripe, and AI providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data processing of third-party services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • Unused audit credits are forfeited (no refunds)
  • You may request deletion of your personal data per our Privacy Policy

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
