User Account

Manage your PerfoAds account, subscription, and billing.

Account Overview

Your account dashboard shows:

  • Current subscription plan
  • Number of connected clients
  • Usage limits
  • Billing status

Subscription Plans

Starter

  • Up to 3 clients
  • Basic AI features
  • Email support

Professional

  • Up to 15 clients
  • All AI features
  • Priority support
  • Custom reports

Agency

  • Unlimited clients
  • White-label options
  • Dedicated support
  • API access

Billing

Payment Methods

Add or update your payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayPal (coming soon)

Invoices

View and download past invoices from the billing section.

Upgrade/Downgrade

Change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately:

  • Upgrades: Prorated for remaining period
  • Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle

Profile Settings

Update Profile

  • Change your name
  • Update email address
  • Set timezone

Change Password

  • Go to Account Settings
  • Click "Change Password"
  • Enter current password
  • Enter new password twice
  • Click Save

Deleting Your Account

If you need to delete your account:

  • Go to Account Settings
  • Click "Delete Account"
  • Confirm by typing your email
  • All data will be permanently deleted
Note: Deleting your account removes all client data and cannot be undone. Consider exporting your data first.
