Data Syncing
PerfoAds keeps your Google Ads data up to date through automatic syncing.
Automatic Syncing
Your data automatically syncs every 24 hours. This happens in the background, so you don't need to do anything.
What Gets Synced
- Campaign performance metrics
- Ad group data
- Keyword performance
- Conversion data
- Geographic performance
- Device performance
Sync Schedule
- Syncs run automatically once per day
- You'll see "Last Synced" timestamp on each client
- New data appears without page refresh
Manual Syncing
If you need fresh data immediately:
- Go to the client's page
- Click the Sync button (or use the ⋮ menu)
- Wait for the sync to complete (usually 30-60 seconds)
When to Manual Sync
- After making changes in Google Ads
- Before an important meeting
- When preparing reports
Sync Status
Each client shows its sync status:
- Synced: Data is up to date
- Syncing: Currently updating
- Failed: Something went wrong (click to retry)
Troubleshooting Sync Issues
If syncing fails:
- Check connection: Make sure your Google account is still connected
- Retry: Click the sync button to try again
- Reconnect: If issues persist, disconnect and reconnect your Google account
